You can purchase animal drugs and supplies two ways: in person at our Plainview office during our normal business hours, or by ordering products to be shipped directly to your farm. You may place your order by phone, fax, or email. Generally, orders received before noon will arrive on your farm the next business day. Click on the links below to access product lists.
A valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR) is required for prescription drug sales

A valid VCPR exists when: a) the licensed veterinarian has assumed clinical responsibility for the animals and the owner of the animals has agreed to follow the veterinarian’s instructions; b) the veterinarian has sufficient direct knowledge of the animals’ condition and their care; and c) the veterinarian is available for follow-up evaluation. The Code of Federal Regulations states that “such a relationship can exist only when the veterinarian has recently seen and is personally acquainted with the keeping and care of the animal(s) by virtue of examination of the animal(s), and/or by medically appropriate and timely visits to the premises where the animal(s) are kept.”
Extra-label drug use (ELDU) is allowed only when directed by a licensed veterinarian

ELDU consists of using a drug in any manner other than what has been approved by the FDA and is described on the product label, i.e. use in a different species or production class, use for a different disease or indication, an alteration of the dose, administration by a different route, or a change in the frequency or duration of administration. Note that withdrawal times listed on a product label are not valid if the drug is used in an extra-label manner.
